Definition: "Empty Leg" refers to the unoccupied portion of a private jet's scheduled itinerary, typically occurring when the aircraft is flying without passengers to reposition for its next charter flight.

Availability: Empty Leg flights are subject to availability and may vary depending on the charter company's schedule and route planning.

Booking Confirmation: All Empty Leg bookings are subject to confirmation by the operator company. Availability may change without notice, and a booking is not guaranteed until confirmed by the operator company.

Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure the Empty Leg flight. Payment methods accepted will be specified by the charter company.

Flight Schedule Changes: The charter/operator company reserves the right to make changes to the Empty Leg flight schedule, including but not limited to departure time, aircraft type, and routing, without prior notice. In such cases, the charter company will make reasonable efforts to notify the client in advance.

Cancellation by Operator: The operator reserves the right to cancel the Empty Leg flight at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to operational requirements, changes in schedule, or unforeseen circumstances. In the event that the operator cancels the flight, the client will be entitled to a full refund of the amount paid. The operator shall not be liable for any additional compensation, damages, or costs incurred by the client due to such cancellation.

Passenger Responsibility: Passengers are responsible for arriving at the departure airport at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time. Failure to arrive on time may result in forfeiture of the booking without refund.

Refunds: No refunds for empty legs.
